“Then I looked and heard the voice of many angels, numbering thousands upon thousands, and ten thousand times ten thousand. They encircled the throne and the living creatures and the elders.
In a loud voice they sang:
“Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain,
to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength
and honor and glory and praise!”
Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea,
and all that is in them, singing:
“To Him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb
be praise and honor and glory and power,

How do we get through today, girlfriends, and the trouble that today will bring? We remember that we walk by faith and not by sight. We remember that God the Father and the Lamb, Jesus Christ, are worthy of all of our praise because they are unmatched and infinite in their honor, glory, and power. We do not look for our salvation in a job, a bank account, or another person. We remember that we are just strangers passing through this world below and that our momentary troubles are achieving for us a glory that far outweighs their pain. We remember that heaven is our ultimate destination, that we are waiting for the One who will right all wrongs. Jesus is coming back soon to get us! This will all be over! If He returned today, how would He find us–stuck in the muck of our circumstances or praising Him because we realize that those circumstances are just the method His righteous right hand uses to make us more like Christ? Soon and very soon, we are going to see the King of kings and the Lord of lords. Hallelujah, praise His holy Name with me!
